A great tasting drink
A great tasting drink, not heavy on the stomach, I love the fact it has zero carbs and fat and is high in protein.

Reflex protein drink.
This is my go to drink for taking to the gym when I'm doing a weight session. It delivers a good amount of protein, without any carbs, and the taste (after it's been left in the fridge) isn't bad at all.
