Since the 1765 act of Parliament all houses are required to have a visible house number on, or next to the front door. Cleary not everybody abides with that law. Yet I feel very modern and much part of the community now that we have a house number. We even received some non electronic mail since we put it up! albeit these were merely some utility bills.More specifically this is a stylish, clearly distinguishable, shiny and sturdy house number. It comes with 2 screws to fix it to a door or wall. There is little more to say other than than I’m not too keen on the font-type and that I find the overall size and appearance is smaller than I had hoped. Nevertheless we are quite pleased. The number looks quite nice along with the other silver shiny accessories that are on our front door.

Good product. Only downside is the screws are pretty pants and heads chew up very easily.

Bought numbers 1 and 8 as house identifiers for the main entrance to our humble abode. At 4 inches in height, they can be clearly seen from afar by the postman or courier guy. The chrome is very good quality, with no pitting, which you can get on cheaper identifiers. Screws for fitment to door are supplied, and have a suitably bright sheen about them. All in all very happy.

Really nice finish, easy to fix.

I purchased two numbers from this series. The pictures don't do them justice! When they arrived, I was quite taken aback by the extremely high quality and finish of the product. On the reverse are small discs of double-sided tape, placed behind the holes, which keep the numbers in place, while you prepare to screw them onto the surface. My only criticism, not of the product itself, but of customer choice, is that these are larger than I would have preferred (I knew the size when I ordered, of course, but the manufacturers do not appear to make smaller ones). However, I am very pleased with the items and with the service. Thank you.

Bought the adhesive ones twice from different sellers but they just fell off after time. These ones are great and look really nice on my gate. Wish I’d went for the screw in ones in the first place! Easy to install, good price and great quality.

This is the second number bought in this range; as with the first one, found it an excellent product, exceptional value and fitted very well to the wooden (painted) front door. I did have a bit of trouble with the screws but my carpenter did it in a whisker using bradel and electric screwdriver. Lovely finish and very smart; highly recommended.
