gets the job done
Wheel stand is very sturdy I am using a Thrustmaster TX wheel and T-LCM pedal set, and the TH8A shifter. I was using a Playseat Challenge, I wanted something more comfortable to sit in, plus something easier for my pedal and shifter set to mount to. Unit is very sturdy, a little on the heavy side to pickup, but not too bad. I have not had to fold it up to move it yet, so I can not comment on that part, but with a few hold down screws, it doesn't seem like it would be too hard. I have also not used the extended shifter bar, would think it could be used for a handbrake. Two cons: one is for the set up, directions are not very specific on which bolts to use for hard mounting your equipment to it, some trial and error, but still not too bad, second one is 1 of the floor pads would not screw in all the way, it was only tapped about 1/4 of the way into it, so work in a fabrication shop, got a tap and finished the job. Worked out for me, but maybe a problem for someone elseOver all, good product, I just need to get a good chair to go with it. At some point, I might go onto the Omega website and order the full rig to go with it.

This is the stand you need!
I did alot of research on a stand for my G920 wheel, shifter and pedals. My desk wouldn't accomodate it, and the little table I had was very unsteady. I received this stand several days before it was promised, which made me very happy. The construction is *very* sturdy, and I'm glad that I chose the 2 arm support design over the single column that some other brands make (although I cannot comment on their quality). It's very easy to assemble, theres really not much you have to do except insert a few hand-screws. It's very solid, but not really heavy. I have used it on ETS2 and Dirt3, and it brings the games to a new level. Turning and shifting does not rock the stand but a small bit. The adjustable arms, wheel platform, and shifter attachment allow for a variety of positions. I think the only thing I would change is to make the arm hand-screws deploy into holes, instead of screwing against the metal, it would be more secure that way. It doesn't move, but it would be better. It also folds closed for storage, which is makes the wife happy.Definitely recommend this for anyone playing any driving games with a wheel. Much more immersive.

Very effective stand for gaming wheel and pedals.
I did quite a bit of searching before deciding on this model. Decided to go with a two post design for potentially extra stability and no post between legs. This makes it easy to do left foot braking when appropriate. Comes almost fully assembled, just adding feet and tensioning knobs. on main portion. Stalk for shifter can be added to the left or right side. Plate has holes drilled for many brands, so rotate to correct orientation for your model. Pedals are mounted at a about a 5 degree upwards angle, which works fine. Wheel can be positioned for rake angle of arms and angle on top mounting plate. Has mostly wingnuts and knobs, a couple of allen head screws for the shifter with all tools provided. Once tight very stable platform with just a bit of compliance, not noticeable while playing a game. Shifter pedestal has a bit more motion, but much lower input force, so works fine. I added Velcro straps to organize all the cables for the wheel system.

Solid, Well Built, Great Price With One Literally Painful Design Flaw
TL/DR: PROS: Great price, excellent quality and better than any pole-down-the-middle "Pro" stand out there. Expandable to full cockpit if you decide to go all out and GT Omega is a respected name in Sim Racing circles.CONS: Don't care for the position of either of the shift mounts and especally don't like the shape of the bracket for the wheel mount one. I was pretty certain that I would hit my knee on it and the triangular shape of it made me worry. So was I right? Yup. Took a couple reeeeeeeeeeally painful hits directly to the kneecap. Not cool. Would have given 5 stars if not for the kneecapping.FULL REVIEW: I bought this for Sim Racing and streaming and when I upgraded my wheel from a G29 to a Thrustmaster T300RS, I realized that the old stand wasn't strong or stable enough to handle it. I had wanted to buy a whole cockpit from GT Omega but money is a bit tight cuz...well, you know: Covid etc. (That and everything is out of stock.) I bought this to replace an older stand that had a pole down the middle that interfered with braking to the point of aggravation. Not only is this a superior product in every possible way, it was and still is $100 less than the so-called "Pro" stand. It comes about 90% pre-assembled and putting it together was easy and took maybe an hour tops. Everything was in the box as promised and there were plenty of extra bolts and cable ties. I needed a stand that would be able to go as close to the edge of the table my 3 monitors are on and the angle of the stand allowed it to slide underneath easily. One concern I had was about the old stand sliding into the table edge. I can tell you as someone with a heavy foot, this thing hasn't budged. The adjustable feet also made it easy to position on a somewhat uneven surface and have kept it stable. One thing I really liked about this stand was the amount of adjustments you can make to the angle and height you can put your wheel. 90cm max if I remember. That made it way more comfortable to use than my old stand and it's heavy enough that the center of gravity doesn't shift enough to make it unstable. It's also got a reasonable footprint and doesn't require tons of space. Mounting the T3PA pedals was easy and there's a huge variety of positions you can have them in for every kind of racing from GT and Rally to F1.The included cable ties made for a really clean setup as you can see in the pictures. It's very comfortable to use for long stints and so much easier to get in and out of than the old stand (mainly because of that pole)One major problem though, is the shape and position of the wheel side shift mount. It is, for me at least; in a very dangerous spot, right at knee cap level. I have taken a couple hits from it like, right on and under the knee cap and it really freakin' HURRRRTS!!!! I'm talking screaming obscenities, Peter Griffin on the sidewalk kinda hurt.Anyways, I have put a lot of hours in with the stand since I got it playing Assetto Corsa Competizione, F1 2020, DiRT 2.0, NASCAR Heat 5 and WRC 9 with max force feedback enabled. No matter the driving style; the stand hasn't flexed or felt in any way unstable like the old one that would tip when you performed hard turns or changes in direction, especially in rally games.Bottom line is, this stand performs way beyond my expectations and is an incredible value for the money. Don't waste $100 more on "Pro" wheel stands that have poles in the middle and aren't expandable.Highly Recommend it.

GT Omega Racing Wheel Stand

Solid stand
This stand is heavy, solid and durable. It hardly moves at all on my carpet. The only negative aspect of it I found is that it really isn't collapsible unless you want to store it for a long time. It takes way too much effort and some disassembly to fold it without taking off the electronics. Finding the optimal holes for my Logitech system for the pedals also proved to be difficult but once connected it was fine.

Well worth the investment. Five stars.
I bought this stand based on the great reviews here. This stand is perfect and the price is right. It’s easy to assemble. It has enough adjustment for any seating position. What I like the most is it’s very sturdy and heavy. It doesn’t move or tilt during aggressive steering manoeuvres. I highly recommend this stand.

High Quality, Sturdy and Very Adjustable
I've been using my Logitech G25 racing wheel clamped to my desk with the pedals sitting on the floor. I was always frustrated with this setup because, no matter how hard I tightened the clamps, the wheel and shifter would move around when the action heated up! And the pedals were also continually moving around. As soon as I opened the box of the GT Omega Wheel Stand, I could tell that it was a quality product and that impression strengthened as I assembled it. All of the parts fit together perfectly!! And one example if the sturdiness is the plate that holds the shifter - it is solid 1/4" thick steel!!After using the stand for a week or so I am completely satisfied with it! It makes the racing sims so much more enjoyable because I don't have to think about keeping the wheel and pedals in position. By the way, the stand was pre-drilled for my wheel, pedals and shifter, (and several other models), and all the holes lined up exactly.Thank you GT Omega!!!
