I bought it for my 62 impala which has a 700r4 trans , I did have to shave a little for it to clear the starter and had to use 1/8 in spacers to clear flywheel. Looks good

Sbc 350 fitment
Product is not a 100% clean fit.You have to adjust the fit so bottom doesn’t hit flywheel.Not the end of the world!! Just an FYIThx!

It did not match up to all the mounting holes on the transmission, just drill the hole in the cover to match.

Doesn't fit right out of the box. Be prepared to make some modifications.
This doesn't fit 700r4 transmission without some modifications. The bolt holes on the upper tabs are way off. You also will need to cut the starter hole larger and trim some metal off to clear the drain pan. Once it's on it looks great.
