Love these! I use them for the fiber but am happy for the extra nutritional benefits of the coconut
I was shopping around for a different fiber gummy and I can across this one and decided to try it. Nutritionally it fit my goals, I was trying to get 4 grams of fiber from only two gummies and keep it tomjust 5 grams of carbs. These gummies meet that requiment and have one gram of good for me fat too. I am not amhuge fan of coconut so I was happy that these were not really coconutty in flavor. The texture is indeed not like a normal gummy in that it is not at all chewy, so I actually prefer that, easier to chew up. I LOVE that these are organic and made in the USA too. I also love that these have a very clean and natural ingredient list. And while I got these to take as a fiber supplement I actually love that I am getting added benefits of electrolytes and other micronutrients from the coconut. My bottle was nearly empty and I came back to reorder and was horrified that just after I find the perfect ssupplement it is not available, I hope they bring it back it soon!

Not Gummies-Flavor weird
These are not gummies-consistency rather like candied ginger, including sugary coating. They aren’t too sweet but the flavor is odd. Not coconut flavor.

These are good gummies, but there should be no sugar on them. They should be more like plain gummy bears, without the outside sugar.
