Tricky to open lock
Finally was able to open them with customer service. It has a tricky mechanism, but it worked after we contacted customer support. They answered quickly. We put them on our jeep hood. So far so good

Bad seller support!
Product is decent turnbuckle fell off a week after install. Contacted seller got one message then no response after. I would advise to not buy this product on the seller support alone.

bushings like to pop out.
This works great for my jeep and feels very sturdy. However the bushings in the bracket that the lock pin goes in like to pop out of place all the time. Besides this they work great.

Pretty good. Installed on my 04 TJ and they look good. Only thing is the elements wore away wine of the springs and the locking mechanism doesn’t work properly now. Other than that they’re great
