Why does mine always leak :(

I'm sad to say mine leaks as well. I love the design, colour (green) and its size. Therefore I'm even more disappointed that it leaks no matter how tightly I close it or how much liquid is inside it. I really can't recommend it as a travel mug.

I have purchased this cup but it is extremely difficult to open when it has a hot drink in. I have made a coffee this morning and cannot open it ??

Ahh, don’t know, I have only filled it with cold water , tipped it upside down and checked it for leakage, if you get an answer to that please let me know. Mine is for holidays, make a brew and take it outside, I have a mobility problem and my grip is not as good as it used to be , I will try it in the morning, good luck 😉👍

No it’s a thermos flask nice to drink out of - keeps cold water cold it’s brilliant for having cold water in the early hours or even hot drink without having to get up and make a cuppa
