We did not test the 15 lb strength but we used them to suspend a background for a performance at the local library and they showed no signs of strain. They attach easily and once you put something on them will not come off. Be aware that these will VERY slightly elevate the ceiling tile by the thickness of the plastic (about1/16). This is only noticeable if you are really looking for it up close. From a few feet away the clear plastic virtually disappears so if unobtrusive is important I can highly recommend these.

I am hosting a ladies event for 250 in a ballroom. It is an annual event and my greatest challenge has been high ceilings and the best way to hang decor. These T-bar Hooks are exactly as described. I bought these to aid in suspending fabric from a ceiling tile grid. These clips work great! Just don't exceed the weight limit, but that's just common sense.

Perfect for decorating our Elks Lodge. No problem supporting things we want to hang, including chandeliers. Sometimes hard to remove.

Works perfect for Ballrooms that you don't want to damage the ceiling. Acoustical tile grid ceilings are perfect. Sturdy and holds up to 30 lbs each hook. We used ours in the hanging of lanterns and fabric from the ceiling at our wedding and these came in handy.
