Love this brand does not make you feel groggy in the morning. My whole family takes them.

They WORK and Taste good
The taste is great and it will knock you out. I do seem to have issues with having nightmares when I take them, which could be a 'me' problem. We always keep them in the house for nights we just can't shut our minds off and it's never failed anyone in the house.

Love the 2.5 mg melatonin. Can't find it any more at target or Walgreens. 3 MG doesn't taste good. 5 MG too much for a weeknight.

My wife will not fall asleep without these!
My wife has been buying these melatonin gummies for awhile now and uses them all of the time to help get to sleep. I have occasionally used them as well when I am struggling to get to sleep and I feel like they work quite well. They also taste good, which is a plus!
