I’ve taken Nature Made supplements for years and have always appreciated their consistent quality. I previously used their standard D3, but recently switched to the D3 + K2 gummies—and I really like them. The flavor is pleasant, and the gummies are easy to chew and digest with no upset stomach. Each serving delivers 5000 IU of D3 and 100 mcg of K2, which supports my immune health and overall wellness. They’re made in the USA and are gluten-free, which I always look for in supplements. This has quickly become a regular part of my daily routine.

Years ago, my doctor gave me a prescription for vitamin D, but I hate taking pills and my D levels remained too low. One thing I don't hate is candy. These gummies are so yummy, peach flavor, I wish I could find gummy candies that taste like these. Needless to say, my last labs no longer showed a Vitamin D deficiency!

Easy to swallow, good value for the money

As someone with a vitamin deficiency, I struggle with the annoyance of swallowing pills and vitamins on the daily. I’ve looked to find the alternative of different gummies I can take instead, and after quite some time searching, I’ve settled on these. This is a heavy hitter at 5000 units of D3, with the added benefits of the K2 to help absorption. I’d recommend anyone taking D3 add K2 as I have had noticeable difference in mood and energy levels with my deficiency. The flavor of the gummy is very yummy too, without any weird aftertastes ; its a sweet, fruity peach flavor and the texture is soft and not at all rubbery.

Keep in mind these were delivered when it was near freezing outside. All of them are sort of glued together in the bottle, not so much that they’re a solid brick but enough that when I shake it and tap the bottom none fall out, I have to physically reach in and unstick a few. They’re tasty though, nice peachy flavor, and it’s a perfect dose to supplement D3 in the winter with the added bonus of K2 to help it absorb. Didn’t give me any stomach issues but I’ve been taking it with a fat-containing meal/snack as recommended.
