I love my olive oil and on a whim I tried this. It was pretty good. It isn’t overpowering but is definitely a finishing olive oil. Use with pasta or to finish a good salad or even dipping bread. The bottle pours slowly which is easy to use and it’s fresh and silky. The EVOO is healthy and I really like this brand.

Purchased this awesome tasting and potent oil as recommended by Dr Berg(YouTube) because he said it was good for the heart and lowering cholesterol. After 1 1/2 months of taking a shot a day, my cholesterol level INCREASED by 20 points! As such, no longer taking it this way.

Originally I gave a bad review because I have never had a bitter olive oil before. I did some research and found that good olive oils can be bitter! A couple of days after opening the bottle, I tried it again. I don't know if it mellowed, or I have a new attitude toward it, but it tastes better to me. I want to learn how to appreciate a good olive oil, so I will be using it after all! This flavor is unlike anything you’ve tasted. Makes me want to leave America and live in Italy. It tastes so fresh and pure. Great for dipping and pizza topping. It is light and robust. The after taste is raw olive. I’m so glad that I purchased this after listening to Maya Rudolph and Dax Shepard rave about this oil on his podcast. I’m so glad I spent the money to experience this flavor.

You can also tell tell this oil is greener, which means is made with younger olives, which makes it more expensive but also more tasty and healthier. In fact, this is more rich in polyphenols, which are antioxidant and anti-inflammatory.I highly recommend this purchase as a finishing olive oil, while get another single origin more affordable olive oil for cooking.
