Exact fit
Installed this on my 2007 classic Silverado 3500 and the fit and operation is just like factory! Easily replaced in 15 min. Install was super easy. Thank you for making an affordable replacement I hope it lasts for years!

Mostly good, but needs more pull now
I put this on my 09 Silverado crew cab rear door The bad: The small orange clip that holds onto the handle metal piece broke very easily when trying to click it in. Because of this, I had to use the old one from the actuator I was replacing. Thankfully that one is strong enough and didn’t break on me. Also, opening the door isn’t much of a linear action anymore, before I would pull the handle and about half way it would open and it felt like a smooth action. Now it feels like I have to really pull on the handle until the very end to get it to open. It’s not the end of the world, but it’s definitely different from the OEM and even other well known brands. The good: Closing my door feels a lot quieter and firmer. It doesn’t feel loose, worn, and to metal on metal sounds. The remote lock/unlock work perfectly. Opening from the inside handle works perfectly. Overall pleased even with the broken piece.

This item is working well
My latch set wasn't allowing my interior lights on a 2006 GMC Sierra 2500 to shut off with the theater dimming feature and this successfully fixed my issue. It seemed comparable to the oem latch and closes like the original did. Happy with the cost and shipping and quality so far. Not expecting failure with what I've seen.

Product was good, good fit easy to install. Price was a good value. Only issue was the clip for the outside made it difficult to secure and had to remove it and change with old 1.
