I think you mean "malic acid" as there isn't a "maltic" acid. Yes, magnesium malate is a combination of magnesium and malic acid.

what else does the supplement contain? any silica, stearates, or cellulose gums? How much of the supplement is magnesium and how much is malic acid?

Magnesium as diamagnetism malate 200mg. There is none silica or cellulose gums and it only says magnesium stearates from vegetable source only. There is also no malic acid either. Hope this was helpful.

Is this product gluten free?

Yes it is gluten free also sugar starch and dairy free.
