Something has changed. I would buy this brand for mom and she loved it but the last time she used it she noticed a difference, and not a good one. Her grey hairs still appeared despite leaving the henna on for the same time she usually does. She also said the texture was different and ended up being like chunks in her hair. On top of that, it took longer to deliver than usual. Very tempted to ask for a refund since that’s a lot of money to pay for no results.
