15L x 2 Tank

This machine is significantly better than other slushie machines we have purchased. It turns on easily, it cools quickly and renders wonderful results. It is important to note, you cannot just put anything into these for them to work. They freeze and a very specific temperature and the sugar content in the mix MUST be as specific or you will get the dreaded clicking sound which sounds like the machine is broken. So the only drawback is purchasing a machine of this magnitude requires ongoing spending because these mixes are not cheap if you order them online yet they are necessary.

This is the first time I have left a negative review for a product, but I cannot get the seller to contact me back to try to get the issues resolved, and after reading other similar reviews it appears I may not get a response. We ordered one of these in March, loved it so much we ordered another one so we could use it outside once it got nice enough for outdoor dining.The second machine, exact SAME model, but this second one is not the same as the first one and does not work correctly, the other one is fabulous. Because we ordered it a few months before summer to make sure we had it in time, and because the first one worked great; we never opened the box until June (delivered in March). So when we realized it was NOT the same product; looks similar but functions differently (and by differently I mean it does not function).1. Auger does not spin -it knocks and bounces the whole machine2. Auger fell apart and the magnets are everywhere3. Auger fell apart and grease went in product and we lost an entire shift of of Slushies4. Inner cylinder welding slag is exposed and has cut the hands of employees trying to clean it (this is not exposed in the other one we have -SAME model number)5. Because the inner auger is open there are like crevices that cannot be fully cleaned -this will not pass inspectionI have been messaging the seller since 6/20/21 to try to get this resolved. We are a small-family restaurant and it was a gamble to put out $2600 on two slushie machines during a pandemic, but we were hoping to recoop funds lost over the last year through these super popular drinks, but now we are just $1300 in the hole for this junk version of the first one we received. I am not sure how you can put the same item number on a product that is so visibly different.

This machine makes great slushy in less then 1/2 hour. It is easy to clean and easy to use. I would recommend buying this. It great for weekends parties. My family loves when I say I’m going to make slushy this coming weekend and they all come over to drink a few. I love to sit in my Hot tub and drink a wine slushy. My friends come over too!

Very disappointed. 1st time I tried to use it, the left tank begaan leaking immediately from the cylinder and the drain tube. So much that I had to empty the drip tray or it would have over-flowed. I dissembled the cylinder & found the rear seal gasket was not installed correctly, allowing it to leak and the seal ring for the dispenser was not installed at all but was laying loose inside the cylinder. Correcting these mistakes fixed the leaks. The 2nd time I used the machine it worked fine but the instructions do not address having to adjust down the controls once the machine is making slush. You must do this or the slush gets so hard it's no longer drinkable but must be served with a spoon. The 3rd time I used the machine. The left size froze completely solid! It took two days to completely thaw. I've very intimated about trying it a 4th time. This machine was expensive and I am unable to recoup that investment. Very disappointed!!

the machine worked well for 2 mos. then didn't. after many messages with customer service, i swore it was an AI. in a few weeks, got a supervisor to approve warranty replacement. Well the new machine arrived, it works but is very loud. couldn't imagine running this indoors. it is functioning well 2 days now, outdoors, in shade, about 91 and florida humid. makes slush in about 45min to start, then just add some mix after serving to keep up. i put styrofoam from box on sides of the dispenser to help keep sun and wind off. works well. do not block vents this thing needs air flow. my third slush machine from vevor. well see.

The first time we used it, it took 4 hours before it got slushee. You have to make sure the mix to water ratio is correct or it won’t work. We learned trial by error. So now we know, and now after the first use it takes 20 min to have slushees. We love it

Control panel is poorly made. The temp control for the refrigeration on tank 2 arrived broken and the temp control on tank 1 broke on day 3 of use. The tanks and controls are also not labeled. Had to label myself. The tanks themselves are listed as 4 gallons but they are actually 3.75 gallons when full. Plastic tanks also squeak when the auger spins due to poor assemble during manufacturing. Overall makes slushies but not expecting it to last very long.

I like the simplicity of disassembly, and reassembly. I read a few bad reviews about this, but I'm starting to think that these folks just don't know how to read, or couldn't be bothered. I have yet to use it, but I believe it's going to be just fine. One way or the other, I will update this review.Update Time: Haven’t used for awhile, but about to. We have learned that this machine is pretty forgiving. It is possible for it to freeze up, but a clutch in there somewhere will allow the compressor and other inner workings to continue running. So until you find a good balance and consistently in the air, watch it. I don’t think it will fail, but you must address it to keep making a good product. Air movement around the machine is crucial as well.
