Hakka Commercial 25 LB Stainless Steel Electric Sausage Stuffer and Vertical Sausage Maker

For personal use, it is a great machine. We use it almost every week and we make well over 5 to 800 pounds of meat for sausage monthly or even every two weeks sometimes and it has not disappointed yet!

It does work decently. A few concerns- It does leave about 2lbs of meat at bottom of canister almost like the ram should go down about an extra 1/2”. When stuffing into a 21-22mm casing For snack sticks the meat has to be very very moist and if you do more than 10lbs at a time it starts getting dry towards the end and has caused a blow out around the canister piston seal. Trial and error

The only reason I gave it four stars is that I didn't receive the three extra plunger gaskets, the cleaning brush, and plastic casing shapers. Amounts to $20. I contacted Amazon and they said I could return the unit for replacement. I'm eating the $20 to not go through the hassle of repackaging, sending the whole unit back and waiting for a return when I need to use the unit now. You roll the dice with the Chinese stuff. Plus, the brief set of instruction contain the paper warranty card which states you must send the card back to the store where purchased. Hakka is an Amazon store, but they don't collect the cards. I'm trying to get an answer from Amazon on this issue.

Purchase this 25# stuffer after returning 2 Happybuy stuffers (total junk) I was able to use this stuffer today for the first time. I process about 50-75 lbs of sausage a week as a hobby and this machine will handle it with no problem. Started today with 25 lbs of beef sticks and ended with 25 lbs of smoked Polish. Speed adjustment worked great and was able to process the 50 lbs in about 20 minutes. I will recommend this product to anyone.

I have a commercial water stuffer and a hand crank stuffer. I needed something in between to make sausage easily in smaller batches for flavor testing and this hit the spot. Quality craftsmanship and very simple to use.
