I like the product very much .Its heat up quickly and super soft to use . Its not plastic nd also well working for cramps and back pain . They is a inner package which I like the most .

This is the third purchase. Everytime I changed the water, it stopped working. This happened every single time. Product was very good when it was new. Not sure what is wrong. Did it happen to anyone else??

It switches On only after you fill it with water. (only Tap water works, R O water does not ) Very gradual temperature rise, comfortable to the core. Honestly, I had bought this to heat a bottle of chicken soup for my dogs in the morning, as my folks are vegan, and don't allow the use of Microwave. Solved the issue for less than Rs.300. Already recommended to 5 friends who wil lbe ordering this too. Superb product. If handled correctly, I think it would last a long time. They should also provide instructions to use.
