This soursop comes in a dropper and is super easy to use because the dropper is clearly marked with how much you need to take and the directions tell you how often to take it. You can put it in water, but I actually really liked the taste of it so I just placed it under my tongue instead of wasting a glass. I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome with autonomic disorders, so my immune system likes to work sometimes and just tank at other times. While I was taking these drops, I did feel better. I bruised less easily and I slept better. I had never tried it before and was a bit worried about how it would taste, but surprisingly, it’s very light and fruity. A serving is 2 mL, and the squeeze dropper has milliliter markings printed on it, so it’s easy to measure exactly what you need. I was able to take the full dose straight without adding it to water, and it went down with no problem. I could see how it would actually add a nice flavor to drinking water too. I have never once considered trying something like this, but I figured why not? As the name says, it is supposed to have a more sour taste but the addition of apple flavour really makes it absolutely delicious. The instructions say to squeeze about three times for a serving, but they also included helpful measurements on the side of the dropped. So two droppers full is a serving. There were two in a pack, which I actually forgot about. I don't exactly know all the health benefits you get from using this.
