from skeptic to true believer
I didn't expect much when I purchased this but was very impressed on first use. I was camping in VT and had this in my pack. The night dipped much cooler than my sleeping bag was rated for and I was shivering. I pulled this out and covered up and was warm the rest of the night.**And yes, it does fold back to allow you to put it into the original pouch. I'm buying another one.

Perfect size for one adult and two small tots
Perfect size for one adult and two small tots. I especially enjoy how the folding instructions to get it back into the pocket are stitched into the ground sheet. Not very thick, and perhaps not water soluble, but provides a fantastic protective barrier for bottoms against the mulch of playgrounds.The only thing I wish was that there were stake loops on the corners so that I could stake this down. It is so small and lightweight that the wind loves to toss it around.Most unexpected aspect was the small washers sewn in to the corners and the midpoint of the longest dimension of the groundsheet, but alas they are not heavy enough to overcome the wind.This makes a good substitute for the Monkey Mat if you don't need those corner loops too badly.

Multiple uses.
I bought this to take with me when I travel. I use it on the floor in my hotel when I exercise. Those floors can be nasty! It is small and compact when folded into the pouch. Also handy when you want to be a tourist and find a park or just want to rest along the path somewhere. It would be handy to have one in every car trunk.

This is a great lightweight ground sheet
This is a great lightweight ground sheet. I use this primarily for overnight backpacking trips. It works well as an extra footprint outside your tent or for place to sort out gear without placing everything on the ground. It's lightweight and takes up little room so you won't even notice it in your pack. Would recommend buying.

Very handy for hikers
I have used this many times on hikes and picnics. Doesn't take up much space and is very light. It's thin, so if you're putting it over rock it's pretty much like sitting on a paper on top of a rock. But I'm allergic to ants so it very much worth it to me.

Great little tarp
Great for the price. Though I did run into it burning easily--ambers from the fire--but that's too be expected and that's on me. It can easily be fit back into the pouch it came with.

Good addition to my hiking gear.
Works great. Used this to set all my gear on when packing up from my weekend hiking spot while breaking down the tent and didn't have to put my stuff on the ground. Folds back up into its little stuff sack if you take your time folding it carefully. After the trip I unfolded it and rinsed all the dirt off it in my shower and hung it up out on my patio and it dried quickly.

the sewn in folding guide makes it easy to pack up
I bought mine for use under my Klymit insulated Static V sleeping pad. The dimensions are just right for the pad when inflated, the sewn in folding guide makes it easy to pack up, and it very compact when folded into its mesh case.
