It does work, but not perfectly. Took most of the hair off but needed a second pass in a couple of places. Smell isn’t great (expected), and you do need to be careful with timing or it can get a bit tingly, especially in more “sensitive” areas. Good for a quick tidy up, but not quite the “done in one go” solution I was hoping for.

I suffer from epilepsy and side effects of the medication to control it include hand tremors. Whenever I shave my private parts I usually end up with a few nicks (ouch). Bleeding exacerbated by the fact that I take warfarin. Despite having read the reviews warning against using the cream around the private area, I decided to take the chance. The spatula was glued on pretty hard and felt like it could break in half whilst taking it off. You then have to take the small circular spout cover off and then rotate it in order to activate the pump. I put a liberal amount of the cream on the pubes and ballsack BUT NOT on the penis itself - that's the most sensitive area and could potentially end up ruining your sex life. Now this is the problem: if your widgie likes to hide then you will end up having a problem avoiding to get cream on the shaft. I had a problem with this (I'm not afraid to admit this lol) so make sure to have a bucket of water ready so you can immediately rinse the area like I did. It does burn and being prepared will save you a lot of pain. I left the cream on for 5 minutes and used the spatula to remove the cream and hair. None came off. I left the cream on for another 3 minutes and then things started working. You will have to use the spatula gently several times to remove most of the hair. However, whilst showering hair will continue to come off. Does it leave a smooth skin? Not really. It leaves behind a stubble similar to when using the Bic safety razors. Would I continue to use it? Yes, as it is more convenient for me given my disability.
