Oh wow the flavor
At first I was disappointed it didn't pop up big. But wow those little popcorn balls were bursting with flavor. It had a great texture. It was easy for me to make. I have a microwave popper and I put 2Tbsp in it and hit popcorn. I think it is a value because it takes forever for me to eat 2lb. I thought it was fresh. I only put a little salt on it. I don't think it even needed butter. I will buy this again. I'm putting this in my favorite things!Update...I took this to my friends house that was very sceptical since they use movie popcorn. I made it and now they asked me to buy them it for them. They loved the flavor and quality. He wants to try out a small amount and see how long it lasts before buying bigger amounts.

Just get it lol
I love the taste it doesn’t seem to have any hulls. I find most of it pops and it will blow the lid off the popper already reordered it and the red the red has a little more volume than the blue but a 1/4 cup uncooked fills up my small sauce pan and a medium bowl. It’s about all I can eat

Best popcorn I've ever bought.
Popped it up in coconut oil and was pleasantly surprised that every kernel popped up and it didn't have loose kernel shells at the bottom of the pan like in other popcorns I've bought It's delicious.

Meh. had high hopes, but get yerself some big box Orville Redenbacher for bigger fresher pops
pops are kind of small. the small number of duds was acceptable, but the flavor was not super fresh nor amazing. maybe I got the last of the 2022 crop instead of this years. I might try again some day, but this popcorn was not the upgrade we were hoping for.

Good flavor, small kernels. Not impressed.
I had high hopes for this unique popcorn, and the first time I popped it in an air popper I was pleased with the flavor, but not with the size of the kernels which were rather small. The next time I used it, I popped it in oil on the stove the old fashion way. Very disappointed, as most did not pop, and again the kernels were small. To me, this was not worth the money, as my Oreville Redenboker popcorn does much better.

Very tasty
A good local restaurant serves delicious popcorn adorned with truffle oil and other seasoning for $12 a bowl. This is the popcorn they use. It's a bit smaller in size than my other popcorn of choice (Anthony's) and there are always unpopped kernals as with everything I've used. The smaller size sometimes needs nudging to exit the air popper chute on my Presto air popper. But overall very tasty.

Great Stuff
less un-popped and great mouth feel - small kernels when popped which I do not mind

Not as good
Context: This is my second bag of Amish Country popcorn. My first bag was of the medium white. So the picture of the bowl with tons of popped popcorn on the bottom is a bowl of these midnight blue kernels that I made up in my air popper. The other bowl was a bag of Orville Redenbacher's microwave popcorn, to show what a bowl should normally look like, IMO. Because that's what a bowl of the medium white usually looks like, whether I do it in the air popper or on the stove. These blue kernels don't pop completely and I don't like the small size. I'm going to bag it up and take it to my local free pantry, maybe somebody else will be more satisfied with the small size and more willing to put up with the fact they don't pop properly.

Watch out
Bought another hulless popping corn from this company which was tender which was tender and tasty but this one has a large amount of un-chewable fiber that makes me want to give it away to a horse.
