***UPDATE - 12/12/2018***The company has replaced the keyboard. This one is solid and is exactly what I was looking for when I purchased it in the first place back in October. It appears that the keyboard that was purchased in October was a defective one and VANKY has corrected the defective item with one that is what I was looking for in the first place. I believe that upgrading the star rating to 4 stars is warranted. The first item was defective but was replaced with a nice working, stable keyboard. Thank you for replacing the keyboard.***UPDATE - 10/31/2018***The company reached out to me to make things right. I appreciate the effort to correct the wrong. It shows that the company cares about their product and how their consumers view it. I was assured that they are working on a solution to the "wobble" and the design will get better. If the design is resolved and fixed, I would love to offer a better review of that product when it's released. As I said, it's close but not quite ready for the professional that is looking for a solution to be able to use an iPad more as a notebook.***END OF UPDATE***The keyboard case was perfect out of the box. It took it only a week to 10 days and the side that the iPad is nested in started to "wobble." I have looked for ways to tighten it up but have not been successful. I am not pleased with the product because of the "wobble" and have moved on to another solution for this. The battery life of the keyboard has been excellent and of course, it's easy to use but the durability, I would rate as 2 stars because it just doesn't seem like a structurally sound device. Overall, I have to give it a 2-star rating for the aesthetics and the "wobble." It's just not what I had hoped it would be when I ordered it.

Just received the keyboard 2 days ago. It was purchased to replace a keyboard by another manufacturer in which the hinge failed after a year. The design of the VANKY has a center hinge, it swivels and rotates 180. The keys are backlit and have a good feel and travel distance, function keys/shortcuts make it very easy to access features. Functions as well as my MacBook Pro but on smaller scale for meetings and travel situations. Only "negative" is that it shows finger prints on the outer case, otherwise great so far.

I like this keyboard and display. It’s compact, lightweight, the battery has yet to die on me and I barely recharge it, maybe once every month or two. The back lighted keyboard is cool, and I’ve used it on occasion such as when traveling overseas on a bus at night and didn’t want to disturb other passengers with a monster light turned on from the overhead display. The only keyboard hassle is the right shift key isn’t where it’s supposed to be, that’s the ^ key instead, and shift key is to its right. So I make a few typos.When it was six months old the keyboard died suddenly. Just before I left for work it was fine, and I came home that night and it was dead and not to be revived no matter what. The company stood behind the product, no hassles, and I had a new one shipped out to me, gratis, within days. Such is the reality of electronics - they can last a long time or die pretty quickly when some defective chip decides to fry itself. All in all, it’s a good product and easy to use and far better than pecking away on the iPad’s screen’s ‘keyboard.’

I am very happy with this keyboard case. My one issue is that I wish the lock button was not in the upper right hand corner above the delete key. I press it by accident quite often. My suggestion is swap it with the R/G/B key. I don’t even know what that one does. A mouse track pad would be lovely, but I suppose that would increase the cost.

Great concept but wobble not steady

This case is great and the only con is that I could never get it to pair with iPad so that the keyboard could be used. I normally don’t have any problems pairing tech items but this one puzzled me. It’s well made and sturdy, though.

Like this keyboard, very convenience to type. It can be rotated 360 degree which is great. The hinge at the middle is very strong and solid, I do not worry it would break. Very stylish, well designed, turned my iPad into a mini laptop. it is worth this money.

At first, the swivel, which allows you to change the functionality from laptop like, to tablet is firm and works well for the first month. Then, with more use, it becomes very loose so the screen is quite wobbly when you're using the tablet in laptop mode. One of these days I fully expect it to break off.
