So far so good, I like the material and it truly makes you sweat. I’m glad a I chose a large, I’m. It a tall guy I’m 5.6 and 190 and stocky. So a large was a perfect size.The only negative thing I can say and I experienced is after a few times of using it you will get a odor that stains. I had to use oxy clean to let it soak and then wash it. I’m guessing it’s because the material holds a lot of the sweat.

Shirt was a gift and definitely too short. The bottom belly hangs out. Recommend perhaps making either the shirt longer or a regular and a long.

The top provides the results expected. However, the top is a bit too big. An extra small would have been perfect. I ordered a male size small in a different brand a year ago and it fit perfectly. Sometimes female sizes are way too snug, so I order the male size. With this being a different brand, the male size small is a bit big on me. Yet, I decided to keep it because of not wanting to return it after wearing it.All in all, the product is nice.

I bought this as an attempt to find a "bench press" shirt. It actually does a pretty nice job of supporting your chest and shoulders if you buy it a size or two smaller than you need. I also use it for cardio and it definitely makes you sweat more. You could probably get it a little bigger if that is your goal.

If you really need this product it’s not for you. It’s about 12 inches too short. It’s meant for someone with the perfect body already. If you have any kind of belly it doesn’t even reach past your bellybutton. Which is a shame because if it was longer it would easily fit under your belt or tucked into your shorts so it being to short makes it completely useless.
