So far not too bad! I got the jewelry for my smiley piercing and so far don't have any issues. Not the easiest jewelry to close but it's not hard, just a little wiggling. I had the horseshoes on for awhile and dont like the captive bead ones and wanted a full circle one so I'm glad I got them!
