Couldn't manage to extend it.
Unable to figure how to extend it. Product support unavailable. Email link didn't work. Will return and find a simpler solution with more reviews. When I did find the direction to "push down ring and extend by pulling with other hand", that didn't work either.

Good product.
Good product if you know if the groove on your irons is U or V. You have to go through a little trouble to find out though. I like that it is expandable so that it works better.

Don’t waste your money, it fell apart about the second time I used it. It’s cheaply made and looks like it’s worth 50 cents!
