Dislikes: Still a bit too noisy for skitterish cats. It still somewhat roars like a normal vacuum on the medium anf high settings. Low setting still sounds like the vacuum cleaner, but my cats adjusted to the sounds on the low setting, and once they did they loved getting groomed with it.Likes: Once my cats adjusted to the low vacuum sounds, it does an excellent job on grooming loose fur and dander from them. It's easy to use, and takes up a small amount of space.Once they did adjust to the lower vacuum sounds, I bumped it up to medium, and that worked well for some of them, but not all, some even allowed it to be used on the highest setting, again, not all. So I have to remember which setting works for each cat, since some have differing preferences on the settings.All in all, if you're a multi-cat family, this saves a lot of grooming time. Overall, very happy with the unit, and can definitely recommend it, again, especially for multi-cat families.Sure saves me a lot of time grooming 16 cats!

My poodle is a rescue pup. For years, I have cut her hair with scissors a bit at a time. It would take me a week to get it done . 🤣😂🤣 I now have pain in my hands. I searched options...& saw the reviews on these clippers.The countless different people telling of their success finally won me over.They were right!!!! These are so easy to use. Comes with charger and several clips. I bathed my pup while it charged.Later. I cut off any mats she had with scissors and cut down any really long areas with the scissors.Then when she wasn't looking 🤣😂🤣 I started cutting hair with the clippers. They are so quiet she wasn't bothered by them. I used the clip that kept the most hair to start her with. She turned out looking super cute at a fraction of the time and we both are so much happier.Buy these...you will not be disappointed.

Overall this is a nice efficient hair trimmer. To my understanding (I could be wrong) the blade is not replaceable and it looks like one of the two blades is plastic. So I'm not too confident this will last very long. That said it costs half of the price of getting my Whoodle trimmed just once so if I had to replace this trimmer once a year it would save me a small fortune.Construction and design are very nice. I purchased this product for me 6.5 lb toy Yorkie that my fiancé and I just rescued back in June. He really needed a hair cut but we were told her had never been groomed before, so I was very skeptical of taking him to a groomers. From previous work experience, I know how to shave dogs and decided to do it on my own. I didn’t want to spend a lot because I was worried I wouldn’t even be able to do it myself. All I can say is wow! The packaging was quite generic, which had me concerned when it first arrived. As soon as I got home, I immediately went to work on him. Not only did he do great, but the clippers exceeded my expectations! The entire kit was wonderful from the nail clippers to the paddle brush and the actual clipper itself. The scissors were nice and sharp but didn’t have a pointed edge, which allowed me to shape his face wonderfully. It was super quiet, very easy to maneuver, the guards were changed out effortlessly. I love the fact the actual blade itself has an adjustable length which is great for my other dog (pit bull mastiff mix) because she has some terrible skin issues from time to time and I always have to shave them down. I promise you if anything happens to this set, I will absolutely purchase another! For $20 you can not beat it! Especially when grooming cost $40+ 😉

I have a long haired mutt, probably a mix of poodle and maltese with a few others. He's a rescue and very skittish when it comes to being groomed.When he first lived with us he was afraid of the sound of scissors from across the room. I had a previous clipper (not rechargable) that was useless for his fine hair and had him hiding under the bed in terror.Well, we eventually found a groomer who doesn't freak him out, he got used to that, and then came the Covid19 pandemic and he couldn't go there anymore.So I bought the Ceenwes Pet Clippers (Upgrade Version) Low Noise Professional Dog Clippers,The price is good, they arrived quickly, there are lots of extra items and most useful, the clip on combs to vary the hair length.I washed the dog, brushed his fur and started clipping. The clippers sailed through his fur, I used different length combs for different regions, I wanted the fur on his legs shorter than the fur on his back.Soon we were sitting amidst a mountain of white fluff and Tolly was looking distinctly less shaggy.I have never done this before but the first attempt was a success!!!, He wasn't quite as pretty as he is when he comes back from the groomer but he can go another month and I'll try again.Incidentally, I live in LA and dog grooming, even the more reasonable places, charge approximately twice what I paid for the clippers.I'm a very satisfied customer. My husband needs a hair cut, maybe there is a solution there too ;)

I love these clippers as my puppy wasn’t scared. I only use one part of the clippers but they definitely work great.

Very quiet as described. Dogs didnt even care about shaving. One dog has VERY thick fur so had to go slower on her, but it still cut well.
