Wonderful cooler

Bought the 1st and the water dispenser button kept getting stuck. Is hassle to return and still waiting for my refund a couple weeks later. when I returned the 1at one, purchased a 2nd on the same day I submitted return for refund. and one, the water tasted like plastic. Still a hassle to return and who knows how long it will take to get refunded.

The VECYS Bottom Loading Ice Maker Water Dispenser is overall a solid performer—about 90% of the time it works exactly as expected. It looks sleek, keeps water at hot and cold temps, and the bottom loading design is convenient. However, there are two key issues that hold it back from being a truly great product.First, the ice-making capacity is minimal. It only produces about one cup of ice at a time. If you're trying to fill two cups, expect to wait or come back later. This makes it less ideal for households or offices where multiple people want ice quickly.The bigger issue is the cold water button. It frequently malfunctions and becomes unresponsive, which is both frustrating and concerning. You’ll press it once, water keeps flowing, and even pressing it again won’t stop the stream—leading to overflowing cups and a full drip tray. I’ve had to unplug the entire machine just to get it to stop. This quirk honestly makes me anxious when dispensing cold water, which shouldn't be the case with a daily-use appliance.With a few design improvements—especially fixing the button responsiveness and increasing ice output—this could be a five-star unit. But for now, it's a three-star machine that works well most of the time... until it doesn’t.

Stopped making ice and cold water just a few weeks after purchasing. Too expensive for this to break so easily. Instructions say if cooler stops making ice and cold water then to call an after market technician. Well, who the hell is that? There is no number to call.

I haven't had it to long but so far it's been great the hot water is amazing cold water is really cold i don't need ice

It’s not ideal for older people and kids.They struggle turning it on and off resulting in spilling.

Barely 3 stars here. The unit is noisy when it’s running. The cold water button hardly works. Yes it turns on, but to turn it off, I end up unplugging the unit to shut off the water due to the unresponsive cold water button.
