While the range isn’t perfect the fan works great. We took this to the gorge for a long camping trip where the temp can hit triple digits daily. Setting this up was a breeze and the misting part worked for a few hours which I was pleasantly surprised with. The battery works fairly good but having the solar panel in direct sunlight makes it grow hot too quickly and results in battery loss.

I purchased this fan over a year ago. So far, so good. I use it in my green house to create some flow over my plants and the mister feature works very well too. Most definitely will purchase this again.

Okay, this is the best product if you have small kids, or spend time at the beach! I needed something to keep my youngest tiny human cool when we went on vacation at the beach. I was pleasantly surprised when I seen this item for such a great price here on Amazon, that also had SOOO many cool functions! This fan, mister, light, and charging bank contraception is BRILLIANT! Multiple fan speeds,(which blow pretty hard on high speed), along with the mister turned on really kept this baby of mine cool on the hot beach! And it never once turned off even when the solar panel got out of direct sunlight! I love not having to buy expensive batteries everytime you turn around, so the solar power is a HUGE plus! It’s small enough to tote ANYWHERE, but big enough to really do a good job with the purpose it serves! We will definitely be bringing this with us many time for beaching and camping trips!

The fan when fully charged works well, but the solar charging is extremely slow. I want to use the fan during the day, but I can’t use it for hours while I’m waiting for it to charge by the solar panel just quicker to plug it into a USB in the house at night . Defend itself is very nice.

We have a pontoon boat in the river and usually sit between some islands, the area doesn’t get a lot of breeze and it gets uncomfortable when it’s humid. I thought I’d try this little guy. It’s so awesome! Got the one with solar panel. It’s good for one person, I sit it 2-3 feet away from me. It ran for about 5 hours straight; as long as the solar panel is in direct sun, it mists continuously without stopping - when it’s in shade, the fan continues but the misting stops. We even had it blowing on my 6 month old niece while she napped, kept her cool and comfortable. Sadly, we dropped the solar panel in the river accidentally so I’m going to order a higher wattage replacement. Overall, $39 is a great deal for this fan. My mom and brother ordered one right there. Also - It’s small and portable, easy to store under the seats of the boat.

I could only feel the mist when it was 2 inches away from my face, and it was still very faint. Battery is okay. I appreciate that it charges with usb c. The fan aspect is great, helped a lot during this recent heat wave. Personally, if I could go back I’d find a different one with a better mist or just opt out of that and get a cheaper fan.

The battery life lasts for quite some time. It was really nice to have the fan with the mist capability while camping in the hot summer. Having the light in the same device is great too because it's less to pack.

The little solar misting fan is quite nice. The fan battery itself charges with USB-C, and its little solar panel has the older style USB output so you can really charge anything with it, not just the fan. It’s not a great solar panel, but it is a solar panel, and it will do something. It’s also not glass so maybe a little bit more sturdy than some panels I’ve dealt with. The base of the fan has a hook, which folds flat to provide stability when sitting on its base in addition to the feet of the fan, but you can snap it out and hang it. The opening of the hook is a little over an inch total for the arc, but the gap between the end of the hook and the body of the hook is about 3/4 of an inch. So far, I am very pleased with this purchase. UPDATE: it’s 105° outside and the misting part of this fan is making it tolerable. I would buy one of these again in an instant. I recommend you buy one, or buy two. It will be worth your while. UPDATE 2: the reservoir leaks a little. It’s not a huge amount but it could damage any papers you have on the table. You can work around it, just be mindful.

Was hoping to get a cool mist to beat the heat. Unless your sitting right infront of the fan it doesn't work. However the fan does work great on solar.
