At first, it was great. When you charge the case and phone together it is a little slow but when they are both at full capacity I could go a whole day without needing to change and I use my phone constantly. After about a month the phone stopped charging when it was in the case and I needed to charged the separately. Note a big deal but a little annoying. Two weeks later, I could only use certain cords to charge to the case (the port got very loose). Now, less than 3 months after buying, the case is totally dead and I need to purchase a new one. If you need a "back up" case or are in a financial bind, it is fine but this is not long term. I would rather spend $100 on a Mophie that lasts (and has a warranty).

It worked for about 7 months

I have this case in red but it won’t let me write a review for it so I’m leaving it here. I can tell you that I no longer stress if I forget to plug my phone in at night. One flip of the switch and I’m charging up from the battery case to another full charge. A little heavy but what do you expect? It’s a great case and charges with the same lightnng cord. Would by again no problem.
