I think you have to charge it without the phone inside the case
I had my case plugged in all night and it only has two battery blue lights when honestly it should be fully charged along with my phone

At first the case was great but after a few months I had to take the phone out of the case and put it back in so it would charge my phone every other week or so. Then it got to be every other day. Then the power button fell off and now it wont charge the phone at all. I have the phone for 5 months.
