ALLWA Extra Large Picnic Outdoor Blanket Mat - Fold with Waterproof Backing for Beach

I was somewhat skeptical about ordering this because there were no reviews posted on the product. The blanket arrived on time and was well packaged. The product description did not mention if the blanket was washable and I had read that many of the products similar to this were not washable. Upon inspection, the blanket care label indicates the product is washable by itself in a machine. It appears to be well made with a soft top and waterproof backing and the stiches appear to be adequate. The blanket folds up neatly and the flap has a velcro fastener to secure it. Although there is no shoulder strap, there is a small handle that appears to be adequate for easy handling. Lastly, the price was very favorable compared to many others that are much smaller. Only time will tell if it wears well, but I am hopeful that it will serve us well as an outdoor blanket.Update: I was wrong about the machine wash capability. Upon closer inspection of the label, it indicates hand washing only.

Its a good blanker over all. Its huge. The 2 issues that I have with it is:1) Once you open it up, you do need 2 ppl to fold it back up for it to properly seal it with the flap shown and even thats not easy.2) the water proof material at the bottom of the blanket tore very easily. I used it may be 3 times and it already started tearing.

It's big, the price is great. Everything sticks to the fabric and there's no efficient way to wash it without destroying it. Also, folding it back up is a tedious task to get it right so that you can Velcro it (although the Velcro doesn't even stay all the time).

This is great! It's very large and soft to the touch, so perfect for wearing shorts with during a picnic. the waterproof side on the bottom stops any grass or rocks from poking you. The pocket is helpful for keeping your phone cool in the sun and out of water's reach.

Hate to say it but this isn’t waterproof. At best, water resistant. If you sit on wet grass, 15 minutes later you’ll have wet spots on your rear. After learning this, we fold it over twice and it offers better protection. Folds easily, the handles are useful and it’s nice to keep in the car but, if I knew better, I would have skipped past this one and bought something truly waterproof.

I love how large the blanket is when you lay it out. It is also lightweight and small so it is easy to pack along on trips. The only drawback is the underside is extremely thin and while it may be waterproof it has already torn in a couple areas after 3 uses. We will continue to use the blanket though.

I love having this blanket for sitting outdoors in the grass. Used it to watch an outdoor film at the park. The grass was wet, but none of it soaked through this blanket. It is comfortable and soft on the top side and large enough for 3 people to lay down on it with plenty of personal space.The only thing is that it is a little awkward to fold back up. I still haven't quite figured out how it is supposed to be, but I love that it has a handle for easy carry.

Perfect picnic blanket.It's tarp material on one side and fuzzy fabric on the other. It folds up easily after use and was more than large enough for a 2 person picnic and it fit easily in my tote bag.
