I bought 8 packs to do a wall in our basement and 7 of the packs came completely damaged. Looked like someone drug it behind the truck to our house. The Amazon driver understood my frustration and took them back. 2 weeks later I got 8 packs that were perfect, like new. So even with all that trouble I still give 5 stars because these are super well made. They cut noise in the basement by about 65% and just flat out look great. We put them up using a air powered crown stapler. I used black spraypaint on the staples and they are completely invisible. Quality wise, the backing is very thick, dense and well attached. They cut very well using a jigsaw and a laminate blade. The end result looks way more expensive than what I paid.
