Gorgeous! For any age; child or adult. It really adds beauty to your room, and can go with any theme just about. My daughter who is 3 has a mermaid theme. I layered this thick duvet on top of the comforter because in Soth Texas it’s too hot; at night I fold the quilt down and use only the comforter. You can put the comforter in though, and in the fall/winter this will be super cozy. Also, the duvet washes well in my water-saving washer (it’s not a high end washer either). My pup left a surprise on it one day, so I washed it and there was no trace left behind, and all the threading was still strong and in place. For the price, you get a beautiful, timeless, well made bed set. I bought both the blue and lavender sets, and love them!
