Is not compatible with the Big four U.S. Cell providers!
The phone's IMEI numbers are not compatible with the big four cell companies. T mobile relates that the IMEI is about 65% compatible but would not function enough to work with all signals. Hence the device is only usable as a VoIP phone maybe! Otherwise, it makes a good camera tablet.
