Not only is the product excellent, but customer support is even better. After using the product for about a month, my backyard squirrels decided to chew the wire on the solar panel. I was able to fix it with new hire and hot glue, but the best part is the customer support. They offered to send me a brand new solar panel to replace the squirrel damage. That is above and beyond customer service. I thank you and my squirrels thank you. :)

Best solar pond filter I have ever used and have tried several different ones. Due to draught conditions, I had to move it out of my pond and put it in my large dog's kiddie pool. The dog never touched the pump and filter while she totally lapped at the water spray. The great thing was that because of the constant water movement, mosquitoes never laid any eggs in the water, so there were no larvae for the dogs to swallow! This company was exceptional and outstanding with their customer service and I will recommend them to everyone! The solar panel cord was long enough that it didn't have to be close to the pump which allowed it to be placed in an area of full sun.

We bought and tested but the water flow was weak and only flow too low, and I return because not working properly, and return right away but the return is back to Amazon and I have to wait 12 days for checking issue and now they said delay and have to wait 10 more days, I don’t know who to calls, number to call and asked for refund? Don’t buying this because can’t get money back, who knows how please help!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: It functions well. I would have rated it a 5 if they had included a long riser tube and put a ball joint on the solar panel so it could be stationary but moved with the sunshine. I particularly like the ability to control the pump motor speed. Otherwise it seems well constructed and was consistent with the description and promotional materials. It is working well

So far I’m impressed with it.battery back up seems to work good with just the fountain running. Haven’t added any water features yet.
