Best Purchase Ever
This is one of the best purchases I have ever made! I canโt believe I havenโt written a review yet. I tell everyone I know about how amazing this pizza steel is! I had been trying to make a good homemade pizza that tasted at least close to restaurant style and no matter what I did it just didnโt come out good. I did some research and discovered pizza steels! I bought this one and have never looked back! It makes THE BEST pizza crust! I feel like this thing is magic! It makes my crust perfectly crispy and crunchy and my pizza now tastes close to what you get at a restaurant. I even prefer it over pizza chain restaurants now. Itโs the only pizza that all of my kids will eat without fail. I bought the smallest one and it still fits a decent sized pizza, but I plan to buy a bigger one at some point. It is very heavy, so Iโm concerned it would be difficult to handle a larger one. I highly highly recommend this for anyone that wants to make homemade pizza. We use this all the time! We crank the oven as high as it will go at 550F. I use parchment paper underneath (even though technically thatโs too hot for parchment paper I havenโt had any problems) and use a pizza peal to get it in and out of the oven.

Must have for homemade pizza!!
This is an absolute must have if you want to bake a pizza in homemade oven. I have tried using oven trays without much luck before. The pizza didn't cook well from the bottom leading to floppy slices. With the Pizza Steel, it cooks the bottom perfectly creating that spotted pattern you see on store pizzas. Just let the stone warm up for atleast 30 min and then you are good to go. Cons: Given this is made of solid steel, it is quite a bit heavy but that shows it's durability and longevity. This has changed my home made pizza game.

A Steel of a Deal!
Iโm 35 and this changed the game for making pizza at home. A lot of steela were pricey but this product was a good proportion of size to decent price. I recommend getting one of the pizza paddles too cause it makes cooking multiple pizzas on one steel so much faster and easier. Itโs heavy but it makes me want to eat pizza more lol.

Solid High Quality item. Pizzas come out way better on this pizza steel than they do on a pizza stone.

Coated steel- working well except coating softens
1/4 in thick, holds heat well, nonstick coating softens at 500F and heavy dutch oven, etc leaves impression. No cracking, no detectable off gassing. No data on coating anywhere

Sourdough worthy
Why did you pick this product vs others?: Good value and quality. Very substantial. I bought it for baking sourdough, and I just leave it in my oven at all times to help regulate heat evenly throughout.
