I received it melted and not in a good shape

This is the best brand of milk chocolate chips I've ever tasted. They're hard to find where I live, so I go out of my way to buy these online for when I make Christmas fudge. Compared to chocolate chip prices for nearly all other brand names in-store right now, it's not really any more expensive. They arrived in perfect condition.

Do NOT buy. The bags came covered in a dust like, grimy substance and the packaging is beat up. These bags are absolutely not brand new. They have been sitting on a shelf, in a dirty place. I want a refund. But this item conveniently is “non refundable.”

I love the taste of these chocolate chips. They are smooth and creamy, some of the best chocolate I've ever eaten. Also great for putting in cookies or brownies or melting to cover fruit, they are definitely worth the price. They are delicious and are larger than most chocolate chips.
