As an esthetician, this dermapen has seemed excellent to me: it is lightweight, easy to handle, and works with a very stable vibration, which allows for even results. The cartridges fit well, and the device is reliable both in professional sessions and for those looking for a simple option to use responsibly at home. Very good quality for the price.

After looking through many at home kits I went with this one because it comes with everything you need to get started at a a good price. The only down side is the lidocaine cream that comes with the kit is not very powerful, and that might just be because it is made for home use. It helps take the edge off but is not as good as a spa cream for numbing.

Wow no need to go to an esthetician. But this one. Nano tool is awesome make sure it’s on 1.75 or its highest.

Great pen but doesn’t come with any of the needle heads and does NOT state that! Super disappointed.

$137 for what? A cord and a part of the machine? What am I supposed to do with that.
