So many good recipes! I like this cookbook so much that I bought a second copy to give as a gift. I recently just got into cast iron cooking and was looking for a basic cookbook to get some ideas from. After having this cookbook for several months I have made at least 30 different recipes from it. Every recipe that I have made has been amazing. The directions are clear and easy to follow.

I was not expecting a baking book that took me all over the world with that title. It had me salivating quickly, and yearn to bake immediately.

not what i was expecting in a cast iron cookbook. i saw one (1) steak recipe. alot of veggie mess. when you cook on cast iron and such you would think there would be more red meat dishes. but i didnt see any tofu, so thats a plus. lol
