Very Hot but Delicious
The Volcano Dust is an extremely hot spice, but very delicious. It really wakes up your cooking. However, be careful how much you use, just a sprinkling will do the trick. If you use too much, (and a half teaspoon is WAY too much) you just might ruin the dish you are preparing. So absolutely do use this product but in my cooking experience use it sparingly.

Perfect heat
I love all of the Volcano Dust products and generally a little goes a long way. There is absolutely zero filler in any Volcano Dust product, No Salt, No MSG, just the good stuff.I tried the samplers and they are smaller bottles but far and away this (Volcano Dust 2) has the best mix of flavor and heat for me so I had to return to get the big bottle. I use it every day. But because it is pure, a dash will do you fine so this one bottle should last for three months or more and for most people I would imagine it would last much longer. If looking for pure heat, try the Ghoast Pepper as an option. It is pure heat but because it is so strong very little flavor. Or if looking for a little more flavor and heat there is the chocolate habonero as well. But if you have not tried any yet, I highly recommend this one for the heat lovers.

Burn Baby Burn, Volcano Inferno...
Volcano Dust is one of those "Must Owns" if you are a Fire Head, Foodie, or if you just want to add a real kick to your cuisine. Biggest warning here is that YES, this is hot. Too hot for the average heat seeker. Its got Bhut Jolokia in it, (Ghost Peppers) which are much, MUCH hotter than Habaneros. I use it on Wings, in Sauces, and really on anything I want to burn my face off with. Flavor is bland, to mild, its not seasoning by itself, but it brings the heat to your already seasoned dishes. Little bit goes a long way.

LIfe's too short not to be spicy
I used to make homemade chili paste but thanks to the volcano that laborious process is a thing of the past.I still use oil to make my sauce, but when I create a low moisture meal, this is a must have!Absolutely the easiest way to spice a meal. I like every meal really hot so this lasts about 5 months. It will probably last the average cook about a year.

Hot but still great flavor
Let's face it, anyone can do hot. Carolina Reapers, Ghost Peppers, Trinidad Scorpions... They're all out there. But finding a mix that blends heat and great flavor is not as easy to find. Well, here it is. The mix of red, habanero, and ghost (bhut jolokoa) peppers adds great spiciness to dishes while also adding awesome flavor! Hot enough for almost anyone who savors spicy foods and tasty enough for anyone who loves some heat.

If you love heat you'll love this
This is a great deal for Canada. The USA has tons of products like this. If you go order from the states though, you will be charged an outrageous price for shipping. Aside from being awesome that it ships free in Canada, it is a great product. The hottest spice that I had readily available was cayenne which is great but I had to use a lot of it and it has a bland taste. This spice mix has a great flavour and is very hot. I like buying a bag of chips and sprinkling a bit in there to make it better. You get 4 times the amount for a little over 2 times the price if you buy this size instead of the .75 oz bottle. I would recommend it.

Maximum Overdrive
An awesome addition to any spice rack -- a little goes a long way. It's not heat upfront and painful like some Thai chilies - it's a glorious slow, cumulative heat that starts in the back of your mouth and gets more powerful depending on how much one uses. Fantastic in soups, and wonderful in spice rubs.

Tasty, spicy, and fantastic
If you like spicy food that is also very tasty (and not just pure pain), this is fantastic. My partner and I use this on everything - pizza, stir fry, burritos, marinades, etc. Highly recommended.
