Smaller fish oil capsules.
I ordered them because of the size. I can’t swallowed most fish oil capsules because they are too big. These are manageable.

Hard as a rock
Hard to swallow tough coating. Like swallowing rocks -might as well take the big soft pills. I was super excited these were small but my throat not happy!

Hard to swallow guys hate to say it
Still hard to swallow. Gets stuck in throat. Having to swallow three per day with this problem sucks. Would not recommend if you have a tough time swallowing pills and will likely discontinue using. It’s been three days of this so far and I’m giving up.

Does the trick
I ordered these because it was hard for me to swallow the oblong omega and these are smaller. Now I was a little concerned when I noticed someone wrote hard to swallow, yes when you remove from the bottle they are hard however I found that if I take one with a mouth full of water & hold the tablet for 30 seconds it goes down without a problem
