American-Made OEM Gooseneck Ball & Safety Chain Kit for Ford, GM, Nissan - GNXA2061

I almost tried to save money and buy a cheaper model. I'm glad I didn't! This is a thing of beauty. The American made quality is worth every extra penny. The handle makes installing and removing effortless, clean, and error proof. Feel free to lube your ball--you won't have to touch it. The chain anchors are so easy to use, so secure, and easy to know it is locked in place. This ball sits a little higher than most other balls and that could be a good thing. It works for me. If I need one that sits lower I would get the REESE Elite 19311 but I would still use these chain anchors. Don't go with the off-brand stuff. It just isn't worth the risk.

I bought this to fit my gooseneck 3 horse horse trailer. I have a F 350 with the factory installed gooseneck hitch set up. This ball and safety hooks fit snugly into the existing slots. The neck on the ball gives ample clearance from the truck bed and the handle is a nice feature to avoid grabbing the grease on the ball when installing and removing (keeping dirt and oil off your ball hitch). This is super easy and quick to install and uninstall and has a solid case to store the ball and safety clips in when not in use. And a small side bonus I like the rubber center cover provided as its easier to remove than the OEM cover. I wish it included the smaller side pucks as well for the same reason. So far, I would recommend this product.

I ordered a cheaper $100 version like this ball off Amazon that was supposedly supposed to fit my truck, thankfully it didn’t because I returned it and I ordered this B&W. The quality difference is amazing, the handle on the ball is genius with it keeping your hands clean for removing/installing but also the grease from the ball won’t interfere with the locking mechanism like it would on the cheaper versions, and the way the safety chain hooks into the truck puck system you have no doubt that they are locked in! For the extra money it’s well worth it.

I recently bought a 2023 F250 Super Duty with the factory installed gooseneck mount in the bed. The dealership told me they could not get the gooseneck ball kit. I bought the truck out-of-state so when I returned to Texas, I went to my local Ford dealership to order the kit (Ford website said the 2023 kits were "not compatible" with my 2023 SD) and they told me that Ford changed things and there were no ball kits available for the 'new' bed kit. What? So... I ordered this B&W from Amazon in hopes it would fit, if not, I would just return it. YES, it fits perfect. No issues. The design is clever and easy. B&W website says these are rated for 30,000 LB GTW (I have the long bed, so great!). I will never be close to that weight at the JCB excavator I haul weighs just under 10,000. I am not sure why Ford is saying what they are about their gooseneck kits, but if you have the 2023 Ford SD and need to haul a gooseneck trailer, these will most likely be perfect.

Ive been an r.v. transporter for a while. Recently I've had the opportunity to tow a few goose neck trailers. I can honestly say this is by far in a way the best hitch I've seen. Very happy with the quality of this hitch.
