New Staple in Monarch Decks
Haven't received the card yet; I'll update my review once I see the condition this card arrives in, but will say this is a new staple in my Monarch deck. I only run 1 of the Level 8 Monarchs, but even then, with Domain/Monarchs field spell reducing their level to 6 in your hand anyway; this card was a no-brainer for additional draw power and consistency. Bottom-deck a Level 6 in your hand to draw 2 cards? Excellent. +0, but will give you a chance at a better hand. I run 1.EDIT: Card arrived mint. Can't find a single scuff. 5 stars.
