The way this mount is made, both strap end attachments are velcro and completely unable to withstand a single kite crash. I was skeptical of its strength and made certain that it was attached perfectly, yet still, on the first kite crash, it came off and my gopro camera was lost forever. There are other brands that are made better where one half is stitched and secure. Make sure that you do not purchase this one, I promise you will loose your camera.

Working how I expected, I hand made a few versions off YouTube videos. This is better than any of mine.I can't see the difference in quality versus the more expensive ones.If you're concerned about losing the camera because you crash your kite the youtubers show how to attach a line from the pump loop to the camera. 🤙

This can't take a single kiteloop. Velcro came undone, camera then ripped a hole in my kite. Lost the camera, and had to pay for a rescue due to side off wind.
