HerschelClassic Backpack, Grey, 24.0L

I use this bag for school but it’ll be great for traveling as well. I carry around two 2 inch binders, 4 composition note books and my iPad in it comfortably

My son destroyed his backpack he was using for school. He wanted something lightweight because he carries many high school textbooks. This definitely fit the bill.

I primarily ordered this backpack since it is close to the maximum allowable size for many airlines as a personal item. Admittedly, I have many, many backpacks, and I often get more looking for an ideal backpack for the occasion.I got the XL (30L) version of this backpack. Note that there are different reviews for other sizes of this backpack.The shoulder straps are lightly padded, which is nice. It is also very lightweight (I'm guessing less than 1 lb). There are also pockets on the outside for water bottles - not that they are not elasticized, so they may not be secured.Overall the backpack meets objectives of being lightweight and the right size. It is also comfortable with weight in the backpack.Downsides: there is the zipper pocket in the front, and there is a sleeve in the inside. There are no other pockets or zipper areas. This is quite a downside, depending on what you are using this backpack for. But I am guessing that with more pockets, etc, it would increase the weight.I will be keeping this backpack, and likely using it for travel, especially since I often put a smaller bag/backpack into a larger one when I fly, so that way I have options when I am at my next destination. But if you like organization in your backpack, look for a different one.

this backpack was able to fit my HUGE headphone case and all my books and tech i bring to classes with me. Great backpack for a college campus. i can also fit in some lunch if im running around. Also, WATERPROOF!!! GREAT BAG OVERALL.

I was looking for a new Herschel but on a budget and this one was one of the cheaper designs.It's actually more dark GREY rather than black, but I like the colour a lot.It's a good medium size backpack and can be packed up with at least a lunchbox, couple of drinks, light jacket and snacks (for long walks, heading our with the kids or a secondary school bag).It's also comfy on with padded shoulder straps. Looks smart.

It’s a very very nice backpack however it gets dirty very quickly and hard to wipe

My 15 year old daughter loves this rucksack. Seems strong and can fit loads of school books etc in.

Studdy and reliable, this is a fantastic bag with a cool style that makes it useful for both life as a student, and holidaying abroad.
