Kuvings VACUUM BLENDER SV-500【Japan Domestic genuine products】【Ships from JAPAN】

I got into vacuum blending with the Shark Ninja blender. It was inexpensive, but the vacuum feature stopped working after 1-2 years. After having to replace the container/blade assembly a couple of times, I decided to upgrade to the Kuvings SV500 which was much more expensive ($650 when I bought it).I really like the Kuvings all-in-one design. You just place the container on the blender, install the cover, then press one button. The blender will vacuum out the air, then automatically start blending.Unfortunately, the Kuvings blender hasn't been very durable. My daughter likes mango smoothies and frozen mangoes seem to be a little difficult to blend. I think the blender got overworked because now it leaves chunks of fruit in my smoothies (not just mango ones). It has also become noticeably louder during the blending stage.Then yesterday, the container fell off onto a wood floor and immediately cracked. The container is supposedly made of "Tritan", which the manufacturer says is "impact and shatter resistant". But the Kuvings container developed a 6-inch crack after falling a few feet onto a wood floor? The crack started where the handle attaches to the body of the container, so it looks to me like a manufacturing defect.I called Kuvings to get the cracked container replaced. Even though the blender is only 3 months old, they said it wasn’t covered under warranty. Fine. But the cost to replace the container? $140. So this blender has now cost me $800 and I’ve only owned it for 3 months. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it.

The media could not be loaded. コロナ禍に購入し、緊急事態宣言などで休業。実際の使用は半年前で、稼働時間は多く見積もっても延べ10時間以内。突然、何をしても最高出力で回転するだけとなり、購入時7万円近くの機械が壊れました。耐久性に非常に疑問が残ります。製品自体は、まずうるさい。賑やかな店内でもうるさいと感じるほどで、静かなバーではとても使えません。仕上がりはこの価格から期待できるものとはほど遠く、この価格を出してまで購入する価値を見出だすことはできませんでした。サポートも対応が非常に悪い。ウェブからのフォームではメッセージが送信されていない様子で回答もありません。結果、サポートセンターに電話をしますが、「込み合っています」とのアナウンスの後、電話が切られてしまい、待つこともできない。何度も何度もかけなければなりません。結局、購入後1年と言われ、使用後からのカウントは一切しない、と断言され終わり。もう二度とこのメーカーの商品を購入はしたくないと思うばかりです。
