A little heavier than I wanted
I did return the item because it weighed more than I'd hoped. I bought a down blanket instead. However, I will say that it appears to be very well made. The stuff sack it comes in is really nice and is well made. If I were buying this to keep in my car or camper, it would be great. Also be aware that they charge you shipping on returns. It's not as simple as a normal Amazon return.

A steal for $20 - same specs as "jungle blanket" in a non-tacticool "petrol" blue color. Love the compression stuff sack.
Compare to snugpaks jungle blanket. This is the same thing, different color - "petrol" blue instead of tacticool black, olive, or coyote. How very British! I'd prefer coyote, but this was $20 vs. $30 something, so I got one, and like it enough that I ordered another. Now price is up, so check before you choose. Blue is just as warm, and it's also dark. Might help it dry a bit faster in the sun. Packs easily into stuff sack, and can compress a bit further. I love the compactness - if I need warmer, I can layer two or more, or use inside a sleeping bag for extra loft, rather than have a chunky bag or blanket that doesn't pack well or fit easily in washing machine.Should you get one of these (or the jungle blanket) instead of a jungle bag? This is a rectangular blanket with no zipper or buttons. Poncho liner is almost the same, but with sleeves and a hood. The jungle bag is basically this with a light duty zipper and mosquito net. The travelpak traveler is before they came up with the cool name jungle bag, and it's also blue instead of black/olive/khaki. The travelpak 1 is same weight, mummy cut. Travlepak 2 is a tiny bit heavier and bulkier, still a good option. Red bags are older, and maybe a bit shorter. If you're in a tent with a sleeping pad, any of these could function as a blanket. If you're in a hammock, they could all serve as a top quilt, or underquilt if you have a dual layer or a second hammock under you. Quilt style sleeping bags have made me realize that a zipped sleeping bag isn't the only option - especially when you consider that the part you sleep on loses insulation value as you compress the loft.

Snugpak Travelpak Oversized Blanket 90 X 72
Snugpak Travelpak Oversized Blanket 90 x 72, is legit. This Snugpak travelPak oversized is about the same as the snugpak jungle blanket XL. They are the exact same size. The pebble grey travel blanket seems to be a little thicker insulation than the jungle blanket, or maybe because I have used the jungle blanket so many times the insulation is is compressed. It’s still keeps me warm in 55 degree Fahrenheit temps, and at 50 degree Fahrenheit I start to feel a little coolness. I get cold easily, so for others at 50 degrees should be ok. They both feel the same as texture texture goes outside and inside. I use this for springtime summer and fall. For winter I use this snugpack with a wool blanket. I have not tested this in rain, I always use a tarp if the weather forecast expects rain.

Effective. Light. Silky.
To truly test this as a blanket I used this as my beds comforter for over a month. I like it a lot but it is too light for use everyday. Is exceedingly warm and silky in it's feel. Have gone camping with it once and it performed well but doesn't completely replace a sleeping bag evn on the warmest nights for me. It is more something to have in addition to. Haven't tried to clean it yet so that is worrying. I have noticed one small thing. The stuffing seems to only really be attached to the bottom layer of the blanket so the front can sometimes slide and the blanket not move.

Snugpak Petrol Blue Travel Blanket (Jungle Blanket)
Snugpak Travel Blanket (Jungle Blanket) in Petrol Blue👍🏼. I’ve been a Snug fan for years. Good quality for the $ although I thought I was purchasing the XL I got the regular size. Probably for the best. Packs down pretty small. It has the Snug hex rip stop on the outside and a little bit more cozy poly something on the underside which is good. The Petrol Blue is a nice deep blue like a royal blue with a little gray added maybe? Something other than Coyote but still not bright is a nice change. Seems pretty warm for its weight. My Yorkie likes it which is good. She usually doesn’t like anything but fleece. The really silky soft ones. We will definitely use this one.

Packs small and is warm!
I went with the gray color because I wasn’t sure if this was going to double duty as a couch throw... after reading reviews apparently people say not to wash them..? Sooo looks like it only gets dirty in the field for this one... is super warm for the size it pack down to which is smaller than a football. The stuff sack is really nice quality and I am happy with the purchase.

It is a different color Snugpak Jungle Blanket
This is simply a gray or blue version of a Snugpak Jungle Blanket. I love having those blankets by the way. They are lightweight, warm, windproof, and water resistant. I keep a few in my car for emergency use as they also pack up small.

Really nice bit of kit
I love the fact that it's rectangle and opens out like a blanket.
