It’s also compact for all it contains. CONS: None. WHAT’S IN THE BOX: Too much to inventory here. REVIEW: What a great first aid kit. If you have kids, this is a nice kit to bring along on hiking trips, camping, vacations, etc. It’s such a great size; you can easily fit this in your luggage or checked suitcase. If you travel by air, I will still pack this kit, but I would put it in the checked bag because of the scissors or tweezers or safety pins. Who knows how and what the TSA is going to make a stink about. Just be safe and check it. I love the kid-friendly things they include. The band-aid designs, in particular, have a way of softening those little scrapes and cuts. I like them too! Here’s a tip, I don’t plan on leaving this in the car. With the heat and cold it would likely damage the adhesive and tape. This is one of those things you throw in when you go and pull back out when you come home. I love that it comes with a little first-aid manual. This is so helpful because many of us remember some of the things but because we don’t think or need them often, we forget exactly how to handle things. This little manual is a nice safety net for things like bee-stings, burns, minor cuts, bruises, etc. I really like that they included it. And it’s easy to read and not overly long. This is just a great kit, and I like it. AMAZON PHOTO/DESCRIPTION ACCURACY: The photos and description are accurate. VALUE/VERDICT: If you have kids (or not) and/or like the outdoors, you’ll probably want something like this when you venture out. At $29.66 for all you get, this is a great price.

First off, the case is nice - it has a real metal zipper that runs smoothly that I expect to outlast cheap nylon zippers. It has THREE built in, double sided pocket additions in addition to the pockets on the front and back - great for organizing. The pocket on the back flap is zippered, but with a nylon zipper. Sadly (in my book) most of the pockets are a clear plastic pocket with a nylon cloth trim. I don't expect those to last forever. I was pleasantly surprised by the variation of items included - I rather expected a packet full of plasters (bandaid's), but this has some thoughtful additions like lip balm (for when you didn't think to bring any on a canoe trip and the sun glare off the water has caused blisters) and moleskin. All of these extras are in little rip open packets - they are one-time use and you will be hard put to find similar replacements. BUT, it's a great starting point, and you can begin to fill the case with items that are the most helpful in your situation as the one-time use items are depleted. Kids will enjoy the fun pictures on the wearables.

The Everlit Care Rescue Pack is definitely what I need for my kids. I've had the usual first aid kits before but it is more gear towards adults and none for kids. This kit comes with a lot of products inside for first aid use. The bandages are perfect for their tiny booboos and have very cute designs. Not only that, it comes with masks, sewing kit and sticker patches (bravery reward) which I think is very cute. The carrying bag it came with is sturdy and well made. Stitching is great. Inside the bag are also different compartment for great organization of the tools. The bag itself is waterproof which is a plus. The contents inside has an expiration date on 2028. Not sure if it will last me that long but it's great that I can use this for a long time. In my opinion, I think this kit is a little pricey. But with 3 kids and this lasting till 2028 I do think that is great value for your money! Overall I would definitely recommend this product!

For us, the stand-out features of this kit are how well organized it is, and how one can get anything from it without having to fumble or dump any contents anywhere temporarily. All the items are clearly labeled and stowed in see-through pockets either among three hard-backed "page" dividers inside the pouch, or two pockets on the pouch's interior walls. Everything (with maybe three exceptions) is super easy to quickly find and remove for use. The pouch zipper and carry strap are good quality. I do have some criticisms about the product: 1) I would have preferred the pouch have a more conventional "red cross" color and style to it, so that strangers and third parties can quickly identify it as a first aid kit. There is NO indication on the pouch as to the contents; 2) Our kit didn't include some of the items displayed on the seller page, most notably the anti-itch cream; 3) The sewing "kit" that we received didn't include a needle or thimble; 4) The kit does have spare interior space for you to add some small additional items, but no empty spare pockets for those items.

I have a full sized first aid kit that I love but all of a sudden the zipper stuck and broke off. I wanted to replace it. I apparently was having a bad day when I got this because I thought I would be able to move over things to this one. Then I got it. HAHAHA SIZE This is the size of a cosmetic bag. It is small. It is around 4x7 inches. That is WAY smaller than I expected. I was very disappointed at first. CONTENTS Then I took a look inside of this bag. WOW. This really has a lot of pages and contents inside. I have to say it is impressive. This is the type of first aid kit that you can use a LOT and not just have it collect dust until an absolute emergency. It has everything from sting treatments to tick remover and a sewing kit! There is so much in this kit for a daily practical situation that I have to say that I am WAY more impressed with this than my other first aid kit I wanted to replace. ZIPPER This is a one way zipper, but honestly, it is a pretty decent zipper and is better made than the one on my other expensive first aid kit that snapped off on both sides of the two way zipper. IS THIS WORTH IT? I can honestly say that this is the most impressive compact useful first aid kit I have come across. It is easy to use and it is so full of useful things that it needs to be in a backpack or bag that you take with you everywhere. INSTRUCTIONS I wanted to mention that the booklet in this kit also has fantastic instructions inside. If you are in an emergency, the last thing you want to do is decipher jargon. This is very well spelled out for many scenarios and it is very well worth having. THE BOTTOM LINE I am extremely impressed with this first aid kit. Every mom should have one. MY RATING FIVE STARS. This is something I can recommend to anyone who wants to be prepared but not have to lug around a special huge kit just in case of severe emergency. This one provides for just about anything in daily life and still does not take up much room at all. HIGH RECOMMENDATION FOR THIS ONE!
