This is tiny. It advertises being for ages 8 to 16. My 13 year old daughter weighs 110 pounds and is 5'3" tall. She could stretch this as large as possible and squeeze into it but it looked ridiculous. Fit my 2 year old perfect. Had to buy another brand. The quality was fine if the size had been right.

I purposely bought this because it stated it was for girl/teens. However its snug on my 9 year old and not the best quality. It has 3 layers of thin tulle. Sewn lousy and very cheaply made. I only kept it because its for a halloween costume. However I did have to buy fabric to sewn in under because it was see through. I would of been better off buying a better quality one. It also had a funky smell when opened.

If you need a simple tutu for a costume or dress up, this is perfect. I ordered it for my granddaughter to wear for Halloween, and it arrived within the promised time. She wears size 8, and it fit just right. I am sure that bigger girls could wear it, as well. The tutu is fairly well constructed, and the material is soft and fluffy. The price is very reasonable. The tutu, plus shipping, is about $7. My daughter was going to make a tutu for her, but for the price of materials and time it takes, this is a great deal.

I ordered two of these skirts to compliment my daughters’ Halloween costumes. These were shipped promptly. However these skirts smell so awful we could not keep them in the house. These skirts had a foul urine smell to them. I cannot emphasize how bad the smell is. I felt sick to my stomach just handling them. My wife doused them with frebreeze and I hung them out in the garage to air out. I don’t know how these were stored before they were shipped but they reek like dirty dog crate. I do not recommend.

I ordered I think seven of these in different colors for my child to wear over her leggings at school. She’s five and they are made really big. They are somewhat thin and will rip easily. Even though these two things I mentioned the tutu’s are worth the small amount. I was expecting much more. In all we are happy with this purchase. My daughter happy so am I.

Purchased for Halloween costume. It arrived packaged flat, and I was nervous that it would not be full enough but, when you take it out and shake it out it was plenty fluffy! She is 4'10" and even after fluffing and scruntching it was still about 4 inches above her knees--cute and appropriate for her class party.

looked great! Perfect for a sloth costume for school. Upon opening it, the skirt had an AWEFUL smell. It was BAD. Had to hang it in the laundry room with two dryer sheets attached to it for a good week or so before the smell left. All in all it did what it was suppose to - but man it was stinky!

Ordered this for my 11 year old daughter to go with her Halloween costume. Fit her good, not tight, has a little growing room. Not very "puffy" if that is what you want. Overall it worked good for the costume.
