Phone is OK, but the charger doesn't work
My 'renewed' phone arrived yesterday. It is OK, but the charger cable doesn't work and there was no tool to remove the SIM (as promised in the selling blurb). I want to get the cable replaced, but I cannot find anyway on Amazon of doing that. My only options appear to be to keep the phone and forget about the cable or to return the phone. That is rubbish! And there is no product support, so I cannot see anyway of contacting Amazon about this. I know it is only a cable, but there really should be a system for sorting problems wlike this.
